General Conditions
This event will serve as a host site for the
2025/2026 NRA Anysight International Postal Event hosted by the Sporting Shooters Association of Australia (SSAA).
In addition to completing the online registration with St. Joseph Valley Rifle and Pistol Club (SJVRPC), all competitors must register online with the SSAA: Target Score HQ.
Eligibility
The competition is open to all registered participants who are current financial members of Sporting Shooters Association of Australia (SSAA) Inc (or an approved full member body) or the National Rifle Association (NRA).
Participants must comply with all licensing, firearm safety, and legal requirements as per relevant state and federal laws.
Juniors may compete only with parental/guardian consent and under direct supervision, where required.
Entries
Entries are limited to 50 competitors which is the capacity of the range for the time allotted. All entries are requested in advance via online registration. If range space is available, entries will be accepted onsite.
Cost
SSAA does not charge a fee to enter the postal match. SJVRPC will not charge a use/target fee for anyone age 20 or younger or currently enrolled as a fulltime college student. There will be a $10 use/target fee for anyone age 21 or older.
Rules
NRA Smallbore Rifle Rules (GO25-03_Smallbore_Rulebook.indd) will govern the conduct of this match, except as modified within this program.
Rifle
Rule 3.2 Any Rifle will be used.
Sights
Rule 3.7(c) Any- Any sight without restriction as to material or construction.

50-yards
Target
A-23/6. Competitors will be responsible for hanging their own targets and supplying their own target clips.
Coaching
Rule 9.10. Coaching Prohibited in Individual Matches - Coaching is prohibited in all individual matches of a Registered Tournament. If a competitor wishes to speak with his coach or leader, he must unload his firearm, leave it in a safe condition on the firing line and leave the firing line to confer with coach or leader, being careful not to disturb other competitors.
Course of Fire
3x40 Conventional Position
Match 1 - Prone:
40 shots, fired in two stages of 20 shots in 20 minutes
Match 2 - Standing:
40 shots, fired in two stages of 20 shots in 30 minutes
Match 3 - Kneeling:
40 shots, fired in two stages of 20 shots in 30 minutes
Match 4 - Aggregate of Matches 1-3.
Conduct & Behavior
Competitors are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times.
Unsporting behavior, harassment, or abuse of officials/other competitors will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who breaches these standards.
Indemnity & Liability
By entering the competition, participants acknowledge that shooting sports involve inherent risks.
Competitors participate at their own risk and must sign the event waiver prior to competing.
The organizers, host range, and officials accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from participation in the event.
Privacy
Participant details will be used solely for the administration of this event and for future discipline-related communications, unless otherwise requested.
Photography and video recording may occur at some ranges and some matches. By entering, participants consent to their image being used in promotional or reporting materials.
Camping
